Had such a great experience here! KK greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and even offered me water. She took the time to ask exactly what I wanted done with my eyebrows before starting the threading and shaping, which I really appreciated. She did an amazing job and made the whole experience very comfortable and welcoming. At the end, she even let me pick out a free gift from a selection of personal care items and told me customers get to choose a gift every time they come in! Such a thoughtful touch. I had an amazing experience as this was my first time doing a facial waxing/threading. It was really fast and effective. Ms.KK did a wonderful job making sure I was ok since she knows it can hurt and burn a lot, and made sure not to overdo it in my skin since it’s fairly sensitive. She has also given me water and extra cream since my skin is really sensitive. I 100% percent recommend coming if it’s your first time doing any waxing or threading job. My first time here and it was beyond my expectations. A little pricey but the results speaks for itself. The service was top notch and the ladies were incredible. I would definitely come back. This was my first visit. I went in and got a wax and I was served by KK. She was very nice. The Wax went by really quickly and it was painless and I also was given a little gift at the end of my visit. She said after every visit, I will get a gift.
